Actress and Improviser with more than 20 years of experience (yes I started soooo young) she works as teacher and performer with different improv companies and groups and with Spell srl (among others) as corporate trainer.
You can find her on stage all around Italy, and sometimes at Improv Festivals anywhere, in differents productions, among the latest: Cavino Variations in CMaj, Puppets Immaginaria, Shakespeare in laugh and her "almost solo" So good to be bad.
When she is not busy with shows or classes, she creates costumes and puppets and get addicted whit books and TV series

Elena is a graduated in international law. She then became a visual designer, combining these skills with journalism writing, directing and acting, with particular attention to the technique of improvisation.
The mission she likes most is the one of Muse, the cultural association she cofounded, promotes the cultural, historical and artistic Italian richness using new technology. She is a webmaster, a web designer and deals with the content management. These skills help her to create full multimedia products, such as websites, books, videos, promotional campaigns and applications.
She started improvising in 2006 with Teatribù.
In 2010 she founded, together with other stage fellows of Brianza, the Cultural Association Improvincia, which is a school and a theater company. She's now the President of the association.
In 2011 she wrote, directed, starred in and produced MOBY 451, a play dedicated to the tragedy of the fairy Moby Prince, with shows in Milan, Genoa, Taranto and Livorno.
In 2013 she founded FRIDA, a sustainable economic reality based on the communication of culture.
Since 2014 teaches improv theatre to children and adults, without stopping from learning in workshops with Omar Argentino Galvan, Antonio Vulpio, Randy Dixon, Patti Stiles, Amy Shostack, Henk van der Steen, Ralph de Rijke.In July 2015 she organized MITICO – Milano International Theatresports Institute Conference.
She performs in two duets: "BIVIO" with Roberto Boer and "Sulla Pelle" with Luca Mapelli.
In november 2015 she is elected representant of International Theatresports Institute for Europe West.
Since 2015 she is working with I Bugiardini on “Shhhh! An improvised silent movie”, with whom she was at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2016 and returns in 2018.
Milanese of sicilian origins, newly born, falls in love with the theater, but after school's stages and neighborhood companies, she puts this feeling apart, dedicating herself to journalism, often just as spectacle, both paper and radio.
The thirty-year crisis gives her the love for the stage meeting the theatrical improvisation. It was 1992.
A few years later, she founded Teatribù, a school and a company in Milan that today boasts over 250 members and countless performances.
Today she is an actress and monologist, author and theatrical director, acting teacher and theater improvisation teacher.
In 2015, finalist Italia's Got Talent Sky, with the Teatribù group, today on stage with "La capra sul divano" and "TranneUna" of her creation, "Brodo" show by Federico Basso and the Boiler - formerly: "La casa di Bernarda Alba" directed by Lluis Pasqual at the Piccolo Teatro di Milano - "Gladiattrici" at Zelig - tournèe with"California Suite" and “Plaza Suite" - author and director Rai Radio 2 (with Paolo Villaggio, Maria Amelia Monti, others ..) - sitcom Canale 5 "Two Under the Crowd" with Enzo Jacchetti and Lello Arena.

Martina Francesca Pavone Özdemir, Italian based in Istanbul, is a performer, a trainer & a coach and a social entrepreneur.
Martina studied music and theater her entire life and when she is not performing it on a stage, she is applying it to organizational behaviour for corporates or in favor of a social impact with her training program “Let’ Improv to Improve - Improvisation in Life, Improvisation in Business” working on communication skills, group behaviour, leadership etc. Currently she is working as a trainer and consultant for LUISS Business School University. She is Co-founder of “Improv Italian”: a method to learn Italian through Improvisation for children or adults. As a performer she is working with AZOT Improv and NYOM in Istanbul, she is collaborating with BKM Mutfak Comedy Club, with Ilka Luza as a female duo, with Assetto Teatro in the SABIR Project (a mediterranean Improv social company), with Eser Taşkıran, with her Istanbul International A Cappella Choir, with the Harlekin Theater in Germany etc. She is part of the board of Pandora Improv Festival where she takes care of the International Relations and the Women Inclusion & Diversity issues. She organized the Milano Improv Festival. President e co-founder of QuindiQuando, cultural association and now board member of Circolo Roma Istanbul. She is the East-European representative and board member for the International Theatresports. She also works with and for the women cause as the CEO and co-founder of Onar Istanbul, an NGO who fights gender based violence and empower women, she is currently working also with schools on emotional intelligence education, communication, awareness, inclusion, bullying and violence. She is the Artistic director of the Festival Raise your Woice - Empower Women, Empower the World. For BizzBize she is mentoring young girls through applied Improv. Also she has her own women’s empowerment coaching program called WonderFULL Women and she coaches people as a communication coach as well for intrapersonal and interpersonal communication. She tours around Europe since 2011 with her workshop #improvvocal to teach the secrets of the voice and share the amazing art of vocal improvisation that she learned from the Bobby Mc Ferrin’s Voicestra mixed with Improv to vocalimprovise stories.

Nasce nel 1979 ad Alba: ha un sacco di capelli e le guance invase da due enormi basette nere. Cresce, le basette migliorano e lei scopre di avere un super potere: la sua faccia, se qualcuno le rivolge la parola, ha la capacità di diventare rosso fuoco. Alle cene di Natale la poesia ai parenti la dice da sotto la sedia, la mamma capisce il problema e decide di vestirla solo con abiti zeppi di tulle, volant e pailettes atti a distrarre le folle dalla monocromia paonazza del suo incarnato.
Al liceo artistico scopre il teatro di ricerca: trova finalmente il luogo giusto per declamare poesie strisciando sotto una sedia e l’habitat ideale in cui provare ad essere se stessa e pure qualcun altro. Giocare al teatro le piace così tanto che si diploma presso l’Accademia Nazionale del Comico di Torino, si laurea al DAMS con una tesi su Stefano Benni, ottiene il Diploma Master Class c/o
“Nouveau clown institute” di Jango Edwards e inizia a frequentare il mondo del cabaret esibendosi un po’ dappertutto: dalle grandi piazze al ristorante con cena a buffet nessuno ad ascoltarla. Ogni tanto incontra la televisione (Colorado Café, Buona Domenica, Central Station, Trebisonda, Xlove, CCN), ne è riconoscente e grata ma non scocca la scintilla, cosa che accade invece con l’improvvisazione teatrale ed il teatro ragazzi. Dal 2009 fa parte
dell’associazione Quinta Tinta di Torino, prima come allieva, poi come attrice professionista e, ad oggi, anche come formatrice all’interno del percorso SNIT. Nel 2012 fonda insieme a Dario de Falco la Compagnia Arione de Falco che si occupa di teatro per l’infanzia e le nuove generazioni. Dal 2008 al 2011 è sceneggiatrice per ‘Camera Cafè’ e ‘Piloti’ e collaboratrice ai testi per alcuni programmi di Disney Channel. Ad oggi continua a diventare rossa di frequente ma se ne frega un po’ di più e ha pure trovato il coraggio di smettere di indossare i vestiti in macramé che le regala la mamma.
È una femminista felice e pensa che, per citare Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie "dovremmo essere tutti femministi".
